Ordering Procedure

Order directly from the catalogs and we will fulfill immediately from stock to your labs or order through our vendors and deliver when product arrives.

If you want to order an item that is not in our catalogs, please follow the Special Order process.

Special Orders

Order Form

When ordering, you will be asked to include the following information:

• The Catalog/Product number
• Name and description of each item
• The size of each item
• Quantity of each item
• Your name and phone number
• Your chart string

All next-day Special Order Requests must be in Mon-Wed by 3:30 pm. If you have not heard from us and believe you have submitted your order please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days on any in stock item if it is in the same condition as when it left here. If frozen, it must have stayed frozen and come back frozen. Special ordered items not returnable.
